Hufu: Human Flesh Substitute

Did anyone see this on the Daily Show last night? Apparently this guy is marketing a tofu product that tastes like human flesh. Check out the logo:

I saw this last night too...lol.

The only thing I thought was, why are they using Moai in reference to cannibalism? And how he thinks anthropologists are the target audience here? I have a few anthropologist friends, and none have ever mentioned the desire for fake human flesh...
