Can anyone tell me if it´s a real mai-kai mug ore a copy? (if there are copy´s) It has a sticker under it, whith O-M-C japan. written. /makutiki

That indeed appears to be a very legit Otagiri Mai Kai tiki mug. It was used to serve the Mara Amu drink at the Mai Kai in Ft.
