This appears to be a hardware problem between our backbone routers and core routers. Our SA and NOC teams are fully aware of the problem and actively working to resolve the situation. As of now, we do not have ETA as to when the problem will be resolved, however, we will keep you up to date with any new information. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know. Hanford (okay, okay, that was sent to me by my service provider).
