Need a Builder - Other Crafts

I already have a free standing 50's bamboo bar with five chairs. What I now need is the back-bar and I have some specific ideas for the space (like a mirrored back wall). I also would like an overhead above my free-standing bar for storing stemmed glasses and other goodies. I am on a limited budget (who isn't), so just want something structually sound and I can add the tiki affects. I live in the Sacramento area (with Lowes and Home Depot close by), so if anyone is interstested in helping me and has experience in this skill, please pm me. Thanks, Vampy
