Thought you'd might like to see my homemade tiki bar. Started with an old book case and a window fitting bought for 15 pounds from a reclaim yard. Fixed it at the top after realigning the shelf. Added the matting [from cheekytiki] and some foam side panels [fabric from ebay], floor slates made up the bar top got some cheap xmas lights in the new year sale here's close up of the light with a full mug shelf here's the bar in position - open for business just a corner of England that will be forever tiki [ Edited by: tikiracer 2007-04-10 12:54 ] |

tikiracer, The homemade bar is really well done. I like the salvaged window and the bar top slate is ingenious. |

that's a really neat idea! I've always looked at the bars with glass in the front and I've always wanted to do that whenever i get a place of my own. |
