caravan/trailer tiki bar?

hi everyone, i've just dropped in for any advice. Seeing as how my house hasn't got the room for a dedicated bar/room i was wondering has anyone considered or has actually made one from and old caravan? im thinking of getting an old 60's or 70s van and turning it into said bar/room, figuring it will already have sink, plumbing etc as well as being able to have an outdoor area (fire pit) flares, etc, i think it should work well? if anyone has any advice or comments, either for or against, your feedback would be much appreciated.thanks!

I think it sounds like a fabulous idea. There are some folks on this board that have done some work on trailers. Here is an interesting thread with some pictures.

I am searching for an early 1950's, late 40's trailer like an Airstream to completely TiKi out! Turquoise appliances and boomerang Formica counters, Hawaiian fabric curtains and cushions and a FULL bar! I want this trailer to be the definition of kitsch.

I thought "Yeah a Chrysler minivan could be a tiki bar." Lord knows I plan to create a Tiki Rabbit out of my 1978 VW Rabbit. THEN I realized "caravan" meant trailer. Then, I thought "Of course! Now it makes sense." Trailers make great back yard bars. Go for it.
