Anyone know if this mask might be pre WWII ? - Collecting Tiki

I got it for less than 50 bucks, so I didn't think it was that old. After I got home, and some closer inspection, I noticed the "white" paint looked like crushed mothher of pearl or some kind of shell. there are also holes running the length of the mask on both sides (for what must have been fringe like I've seen on other masks).
