It reminds me of the decor of the port bars in my home town of Hamburg. Sort of "themed liquor decanter"- style. :) And it certainly is a Witco. Their "Spanish Galleon", which must have been a popular item, because it sold 223 times (as marked in their 1964 catalog), and that for 70.00 bucks, which was a good chunk-o-dough back then.
