I am 39 today, the big 40 is next year. Yikes!!! John, the bands started at 5 pm, played till 11 pm, and no cops. My Friend Allen(of Outerwave) was the guy that threw the shindig at his house. he invited his neighbors, but also next door to him to the left and right are oil rig properties. so it wasn't that loud down the street where the other neighbors were.
