Velvet Painting - How difficult is it?

I am curious if someone has info on velvet painting. What are the proper materials, paints, techniques etc...

Haven't tried it but google Edward Leetag-there might be some info there...
Also contact Heather Watts-she does gorgeous pieces on velvet! They Glow!
Also do a search here on TC as I'm sure there are probably a good handful of
artists who've taken the challenge! Try GROG too! He knows his ART!

What LLT said is right (except that it's Edgar Leeteg) on the money. This book....

is well worth picking up. You can usually find one on eBay for around $20.

Ole Edgar was a fascinating bloke and this book has tons of pictures and everything you need to know about the man too.
