The Former Tiki Bar in Costa Mesa vacant again

The legendary punk venue, The Tiki Bar (Dee Dee and Fear have played there), in Costa Mesa is vacant again. The bikers that owned it when I played there last, had to sell it. I'm not sure what's happening with it now. Anybody know anything?

By the way, even though the bikers covered just about everything with diamond plating, there are still OA tiki poles in there. Somebody please buy it and bring music and tiki back to Costa Mesa.

Maybe an opportunity for the owners of the Purple Orchid to expand?

Maybe a place for the Lucky Tiki to land?

How Much is rent on this place ?

Here is where he good Tiki - lovin' folks of SoCal should form a "lodge"... like The Fraternal Order of Moai, or "The Raccoons" on the Honeymooners. Charge dues...rent out the space for parties, and of course, have Tiki Events.
