Fez-Monkey Scorpion Bowl?

I just stumbled across this on Ebay. It's of recent manufacture, but I thought it would make a unusual Scorpion Bowl. It measures 10" across. Does anyone know if you can drink alcohol out of cast-resin? I've got enough barware, but thought one of you fez-monkey collectors might be interested.

I think I would just put another bowl in it, cause most of those resin things are painted.
