Tiki Central - A Show of Hands

Tiki Oasis 08 was such a BLAST!!

It was so cool meeting so many of you folks face to face that I've only known online...I wished that I could have met many more of you. There was just a ton of crazy people there...man, what a gathering of TC.

Everyone was so running around taking photographs of everything that I thought I would just focus on hands. Hands tell a lot about a person I think. Anyways, I had sooo many "Show of Hands" photo opportunities with my camera in my pocket, but with all of my talking and mingling and stuffs, I spaced out getting some great shots of some really, really cool folks....so if you were lucky enough to make it to Oasis this year, and for those of you who just wished you had made it to Oasis this year, would you mind posting a shot of your paws? It would be mucho appreciated. Let's get a "Show of Hands" going! It will be kind of like a big TC wave I guess :) ...could be fun...

Babs, what I l like about your concept is the fact that these people were able to express themselves with the objects they picked in their pictures and by the way they posed. Your pictures tell a lot of stories.

Couldn't make Oasis but I figured this thread was for hands in general, not just Oasis attendees, so I was prompted to submit a pic. Only one hand visible because the other hand took the picture.

Joking aside, great idea for a thread, Babalu. Good to see the hands that create the things we love to see and hold and good to see the hands that love to hold the things other hands love to create.
