Going with mrsmiley's excellent idea here's a thread for Washington State. As bars and restaurants are added I'll update this post.

If you make a post about a bar or restaurant please include as much information as possible: Address, phone number, hours, et cetera.

Ideally these should be joints you've actually been to and feel are worth a visit either for the looks, the food and/or drinks, or some other reason.

Fall City is a little town just down river from Snoqualmie Falls (the falls seen in Twin Peaks). The Last Frontier Saloon is a small, comfortable, tavern crammed full of cool stuff. The beer is cold, the burgers and fries are excellent, the jukebox is decent and cheap. It's kind of a locals place but there's no attitude about the city people dropping in. The staff is friendly and attentive. And there's so much stuff to look at every trip there feels different.

Behind the bar. You can see someone dear to us in the mix.*****
