Just found this 1983 ad :down:

At least there's a tiki in the ad. Looks like this place just closed in the past couple years. The building is set too far off the street to see anything on google maps. Property was also for sale recently.

I found out some more info on the South Seas in Salt Lake City.

First off, it was run by Benny Chan, who also had the Polynesian.
