BIG STONE HEAD tiki mug now available!

Hello collectors!

Many of you may have been following the BIG STONE HEAD THREAD over here:

...which has news and announcements about my latest book, "Big Stone Head: Easter Island and Pop Culture".

Thought I'd make a post here in the Marketplace so that mugsters can be in the loop specifically about the Tiki mug release.

In conjunction with Tiki Farm, I have produced a Tiki mug to commemorate the release of this book.

The mug is now shipping, and is available exclusively from http://www.bigstonehead.com

It is limited to 150 copies, more than half of which were pre-ordered. The mug is shipping now!

The first wave of mug pre-orders has shipped (December 2)!

The second wave goes out tomorrow (December 4)!
(it is nearly impossible to bring 100 boxed mugs to the post office simultaneously!).

If you have ordered a mug to date, it should be in your hands some time next week - it is on its way.

James, many of the images/stories on show at the Easter Island exhibit here in London (http://www.tikicentral.com/viewtopic.php?topic=38338&forum=4&5)
would have probably covered similar research to yours - I look forward to reading your book and comparing, and reminding myself of the great time I spent amongst the giants on Rapa nui a few years ago.
