Shark suggestions?

Pages: 1 4 replies

Any tasty recipes out there?

Thanks,

Joe.

One of my favourite things to do is BBQ in cold rainy weather. Who cares if it is 30 degrees!!
Hopefully people live close enough to smell the BBQ. Just think, you could be the guy on the bloco who's the nutter.

Eh, you are probably already digesting.

Just treat it like steak. But, treat it like steak outside on a BBQ. :)

If you have a BBQ fire it up, chop up a single clove of fresh garlic, put it in a pan on low heat with a stick of butter
add the juice of one fresh lemon, add a little fresh pepper & course salt.

when melted, let simmer for a couple of minutes, do not brown or burn.

brush the butter mixture on your shark filets, throw on the BBQ, baste the shark during the cooking with the butter some more.
watch for flare ups as the butter will burn.

save a little butter mixture to drizzle on the shark after cooking, serve with slices of fresh lemon, let me know how you like it!

if you want to kick it up a notch, add a sprig or two of fresh rosemary in the butter mixture in the pan.
you can even use the rosemary as the basting brush, during the BBQ process.
