looking for witco tiki patterns

Anybody have a good scan of the Witco "carve your own tiki" patterns as seen in the book of tiki modern? The fountain is large enough but are there any other scans avail. ???? I am assuming these are from Witco's " chainsaw carving for fun and profit".
