Thank you so very much for all the time it took to upload the images. I enjoyed every single one. It looked like Bora Bora had more tikis to see. I hope you always add your adventures here so I can enjoy them with you. I hope we see you both at Oasis again this year. Hugs, Wendy

Did you go to Tiki Village on Moreea?

How much are such Tikis (12 inch) on either Moorea or Bora Bora?
A coworker is going and I need to know how much to give him.

Christiki,

While they look better in person than photos they range from $100 to $400 and yes I am talking about the 10-12 inch ones! The Mrs and I just got back from there as well. We even saw the most awesome 12" Moai I have ever seen but for $600 it still resides in Bora Bora.

The ones on the top shelf to the left 14-16" start at $400 and the sys the limit.

The craftsmanship is second to none. They are being mass imported from Micronesia so you can find them in most shops throughout French Polynesia.

May your first child be a Moai child..
