I was tortured by my neighbor for a full year before the issue was finally resolved. Why do people do this to one another? Reading Quentin's description of "blood curdling shrieks" is no exaggeration at all! This problem is very real, and will ruin your life! Oddly enough, the owners of these shit-birds don't seem to mind the extreme, and I mean EXTREME noise one bit! I just don't understand it! The one I was subjected to made me feel exactly like I was in Jurassic park.
