Aloha everyone. It's public now, Tiki Terrace in Chicago is for sale. After 6 years, my brother and I are looking to hang up our aloha shirts and move on to pursue other endeavors. .... hope you can find a buyer. try contacting ken from the banana hut in eugene, ca. They just bought the entire contents of the kona kai marriott here this past june and shipped it out west. . They have a tropical restaurant on the west coast and plans for one more..... I joked with him about opening one here in the midwest and it seems this could be the hand of fate at work. bananahut is a member here on t.c.... look for them.

Hoping for the best for you guys as well as for the bar. I hope you find a buyer with the passion it takes to keep it going. Tiki Terrace and Hala Kahiki should always remain a great suburban one-two tiki punch!
