Identify this Hula Girl Pedestal Bowl

Hi Guys,
New to posting...long time lurker! :) Just wondered if anyone could possibly help me identify this. I'm thinking it might be Tepco based on the material.

It's sandwiched between the two Gremlin bowls which are from Trader Vics, so I'm guessing this is a Trader Vics design as well. I know I've seen discussion on it somewhere but can't remember what thread.

Very beautiful old (1940s?) piece indeed and very rare. I've never seen one before. I would have to agree with Trader Tom in that it is most likely an early Trader Vic's piece. And my guess is that it's most likely Tepco. Here is an early Trader Vic's Tepco piece:

Your bowl seems to match the quality of the Tepco mug.

My first guess would be Trader Vics also, I have one like it but a different background.
