Club Ripples in Long Beach going Tiki?

The reknown Long Beach gay & lesbian bar, Club Ripples, needed to improve business. It invited Bravo TV personality Tabatha Coffey, who hosts "Tabatha Takes Over," to critique their business.
One of the improvements is turning the patio tiki.

Those hybrid tiki bars never work, it doesn’t matter if it’s a gay bar, or a sports bar, or a tiki karaoke bar, the tiki bar is a demanding mistress and if you don’t go all out with her you’re wasting every ones time.

Definitely not a candidate for an entry in "Locating Tiki".

Interesting trend reversal here though. For last few years, restaurants, bars and hotels have been removing tiki elements in the name of improving the business. Now we have a business that adds tiki stuff to improve business.
