a show is now casting focused on collectors of every nature....

Hey all, saw this posted on a forum for makeup and physical effects people, thought some collectors might be interested. Soory, only found link to facebook, so here it is if you are there, will also download their announcement flyer. Hope this is a show that takes the collecting more serious and does not cast collectors in a negative/joking only light. Not an advocate of reality tv per se (it helped put me out of work) but hope this is an opportunity for someone

Just online chatted with one of the casting people and she clarified there is an appraisal arc to the show, so you would have the opportunity to have an appraiser from one of the big houses take a look at your collection

When you see Tiki genre collections like what Wendy & Dan have...you can certainly see the love of collecting at its finest. Tikiphiles do it right and would certainly be a good match for that show.

You are probably RRRRIGHT! And they will use the Bumatay Tiki as a Trojan Horse to hide a guy who lets the others in when all is dark! The Bumatay Tiki is made out of chocolate and at midnight the hidden Ninja will EAT himself out of the Tiki...and....no wait, I am mixing that up with something else....
