Women of Tiki Art

In Tiki Magazine Winter 2007/08 is an interview with artist Heather Watts. There is an exhibition announced with the name "Wahines - Women of Tiki Art" which was planned to be held at the Kon Tiki in Tucson, Arizona during the year 2008. I cannot find any information about it and it seems to me a) it never happened b) it was held under a completely different name with another conecpt.
Has anybody some information about that event? What happened? Why happened something not?
