Recipe: The Red Turtle - Tiki Drinks and Food

I haven't had it but it seems a bit sweet for me. 2oz White Rum 2oz Pineapple Juice 2oz PassionFruit Juice 4oz Sweet/Sour once mixed you pour another 2 oz of Dark rum over the top.

The Monsoon is what I drink when I'm there. I use a little different recipe for it. Not too sweet. 2 oz lt rum 3 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz apricot liqueur 1/2 oz lime juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 1/4 oz grenadine float 1 oz of Meyer's They make the best f'in burger I've ever had, and the drinks are pretty damn good.
