"Golden Colada" Proportions

Hello, all -

Vis-a-vis the 'Golden Colada' recipe (and lack of proportions), I found the recipe on the Internet several times...but ALWAYS in German. Do you think the original recipe hails from the tropical climes of the Rhine?

Anyway, here it is (in German) - but the proportions are 'universal' (and there's always Lycos Online Translator) for the rest of it.

Golden Colada 3 cl brauner Rum
2 cl weißer Rum
1 cl Galliano
2 cl Cream of Coconut
2 cl Ananassaft (THIS MUST BE PINEAPPLE JUICE)
2 cl Orangensaft (THIS MUST BE ORANGE JUICE.)
1 cl Sahne (WHAT IS 'SAHNE'????)

Dekoration:
Ananasstück Alle Zutaten werden zusammen mit 3-4 Eiwürfeln im Blender gut durchgemixt und in ein möglichst vorgekühltes Longdrinkglas abgeseiht. Das Ananasstück wird an den Rand gesteckt. Die Golden Colada ist eine etwas schwierigere Variante der Piña Colada, ist aber sehr interessant im Geschmack.

sahne is cream, I think.

Delighted to hear about the aphrodisiac qualities of amaretto, by the way -- not that I've noticed any sudden surges but I'll be on the watch from now on...
