The original Fassionola had orange, raspberry, and cherry flavors (from what has been determined). My guess is that this was a trademarked version created by a company that already sold passion fruit products. A very cool find. Anything in the bottle, I wonder? |

That is AWESOME! They should set up a little display in the restaurant talk about the history. I bet the local historical society would love to see that stuff. |

Fantastic! I have a recipe or two written by Mariano Licudine of the Mai-Kai that lists "Passanola" as an ingredient. I assumed this was just Fassionola mis-spelled for some reason. It really was a thing! Thanks for sharing. |
