Recipe: Royal Hawaiian cocktail-gin based

The 1950s namesake of one of Hawaii’s most popular resorts, this tropical sipper combines gin, fresh fruit and a splash of orgeat.

1 1/2 oz. gin
1 oz. pineapple juice (fresh and unsweetened, if available)
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. orgeat
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: cocktail

Combine all ingredients, shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
