Can anyone please tell me if pets are allowed (especially cats) at this property in Sherman Oaks?
I cannot find out anything about this on their site.
THANK YOU!

This is referring to the infamous Horace Heidt's Estates apartment complex in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Is that a Tiki apartment complex?

H

ladygold, just call them and ask. You can Google their phone number.

It says on the apartment application how many pets do you own so that sounds like a yes.

So after extensive research & the help from a private detective friend
whom I occasionally help solve crimes and heated debate with John-O (just for the hell of it)

I pieced together these tidbits of information, "FYI" many uncredited, but stereotypical characters died in
the act of uncovering this, so please take a moment to honor them.

Was unable to attain information about pets, soooo maybe a phone call will do?

When are you planning to move?

Right away, this week
A month
Within Six months
Sometime in the next year
When my wife kicks me out....

Good question, Skip! Fishing for a housewarming party invite, are we? That would be cool! :)

Cheers!

T

No, No, that is from the apartment application for Horace Heidt's estates.
I found it funny.

My wife and I are doing great.

I would also like to reiterate that my wife & I are also doing great
despite some others opinions of my evilness, now kneel before me!

Hahahaha, I'm not quite seeing how I triggered the whole "wife" thing, but I was joking about fishing for a housewarming invite if this person actually moved into the place.

A quick search leads me to think Horace Heidt passed in 1986 and his son may have taken over his business(es)?
