Pacific Island Ethnic Art Museum in Long Beach keeps getting tagged - General Tiki

If you have ever been there than you know that it is a very small non-profit organization with a small budget. The outside of the building is covered with a huge mural and each time it gets tagged they have to spend $500-$600 to cover it up.
