Recipe: Tiki Cross from Kettner Exchange

3/4 oz Matsusalem light rum
3/4 oz Smith & Cross rum
3/4 oz Brugal anejo rum
1/4 oz Curacao
1/4 oz Falernum
1/2 oz Orgeat
1 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a tall glass. Add more ice to fill. Add six or so dashes Angostura bitters and dust with nutmeg. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and pineapple leaf.

It is a decent drink, definitely the one on their menu that any tiki lover would order first.
