That menu was a standard issue from Ron Rico Rum that was used at multiple pre-Tiki restaurants back in the day. Here is one I spotted from the Pago Pago in Marysville, I have seen others. DC |

It looks like the Club Lei Lani started in 1942 and was designed as a tropical spot for WW II defense workers and service men. The owners were the Bennet brothers who also owned the drive-in next door. It was taken over in 1950 by Monkey Kirkland who turned it into a burlesque club that lasted a couple of years. DC |
