S stevekh Tiki Socialite broken arrow Joined: Sep 12, 2012 Posts: 196	S stevekh Posted posted on Thu, Mar 31, 2022 11:57 AM The World Museum in Tulsa, OK was evangelist TL Osborne's private collection of gifts and things he'd acquired over the years as a missionary all over the world - said to have had the largest PNG collection in the Western Hemisphere at one point, also included are tikis and Jivaro shrunken heads - he decided to auction off the collection through Christie's in the early 1980's (i have scans of the auction catalog pages with tiki related items if you want me to post here as well) this is an original brochure i scanned in sections and pieced back together in photoshop as well as a photo / postcard of the mid century architecture that no longer exists after being torn down for a highway expansion in around 2009 [ Edited by stevekh on 2022-03-31 11:57:59 ]
