A little help, please? I know that these benches are not unique. (Mine was taken completely apart and sanded down, repaired, re-finished and re-assembled by myself. In original state the Tikis are painted.). I have seen photos of them off an assembly line so I know that they are factory made. My curiosity concerns how common these are and whether or not they are still in production? I have never seen another one in person and only about a half dozen posted as part of anybody’s collection or finds. So I am seeking some history here. And help is greatly appreciated. Can't help with the history, but definitely am in agreement with not painting the tikis. Looks good! And hopefully someone will come back with more information for you.
