Drink recipes from Mr. Lemon Hart’s Tropical Treats

Here is a recipe from Mr. Lemon Hart’s Tropical Treats. I'll post a few more when I get the time.

DEMERARA SWIZZLE

• ½ oz. lime juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters, shake of nutmeg
• 1 oz. Lemon Hart Demerara 151

Mix with cracked and strain into 10-oz. silver mug filled with crushed ice. Decorate with cinnamon stick and serve with malt straw.

Here is another one:

JAMAICA C0CKTAIL

1/2oz. lime juice

1 tsp sugar

1 oz. Lemon Hart Dark Jamaica Rum

Shake with ice and strain into chilled

Here is another one:

JAMAICAN FOG CUTTER

• 2 oz. Lemon Hart Jamaica Rum

• 1/2 oz. gin

• 1 oz. orange juice

• 2 oz. lemon juice

• 1/2 oz. orgeat

• Dry Sack Sherry

Put all ingredients except sherry in a cocktail shaker. Shake with pour into tall glass with ice,and add sherry wine float. Serve with straws.
