ANNOUNCEMENT: Mail Delivery Options Changes

After adding Creating Tiki, I neglected to make the changes nessicary to allow users to have messages automatically emailed to them from it. The system defaults to "no" for new forums.

I think I've successfully added it just now. I've added the mail delivery option to preferences:

Let me know if it appears not to be working.

And a big hand to The Muggler for pointing out that Creating Tiki hasn't been delivering messages.
