As always, we had an incredible time at the Purple Orchid. Dave n' Rebecca know how to throw a good party: The drinks were potent, the band (The Truly Lover Trio) was great, and I actually won the contest for "Best Tiki-Related" costume! (O.K., so I was dressed as a pirate and that is a definitely a stretch, but - hey, they cheered loudest for me, so who am I to complain??)

In the same category, Atomic Cocktail's "Queequeg" (pix 10-12) was excellent, but I really thought my brother should have won "Best Tiki Related" Look at him (picture #13) - he's dressed as:

KOALACHARMS!!
