SCA conference in Reno

Are any Tiki Central members going to attend the SCA (Society for Commercial Archeology) conference this September in Reno? Since it was closer to my home I decided to attend this time, mainly so I can hear Alan Hess speak. But now I find the Teasorama and the Big Tiki Bash in L.A. are both happening the same weekend! Now I have to decide because I have to register by 8/14.
