Aloha from a new member... - General Tiki

Been cruisin' through some of the threads...jumping sites to look at some cool Tiki art, paraphenalia. Must imagine there be many sleepless nights ahead!!! Got interested in tropical furniture...saw some cool repros of vintage Frankl 'pretzel' chairs; which led to an interest in learning to build bamboo/tropical furniture; which led to a visit to Oceanic Arts; followed by a visit to BambooBob; then a visit to Bamboo Ben's place...........and that's just this week! :roll: Think I'm hooked? Anyhow, I am interested in learning how to carve Tiki....any stories/advice from the carvers out there?
