YOU should be doing this by yourself, after all the time you have put into it. You have known for quite some time who would be constructing this tiki. I have lived in the area for over thirty years and know a little bit about it. Yes, this IS county property, but the Mayor is influential too. I will make this short and sweet, but you get my point.
