Tangaroa I completely empathize with you... my schedule is similar but it takes place in the morning instead...

6:30AM - 7:00AM - Awaken by my son, change his diaper
7:00AM - 7:30AM - Give my son his daily banana then either Cheerios, oatmeal or a waffle. Prepare a bottle for my daughter.
7:30AM - 8:30AM - Wait for the wailing from my daughter's room, take her out of the crib, change her diaper, sit down to feed her the bottle and her baby cereal.
8:30AM - 9:00AM - Spend time playing with my son - either Legos or Thomas trains, usually change another diaper.
9:00AM - 10:00AM - Sesame Street - try to doze in the chair while son watches, place daughter in her bouncy seat or her play saucer. God bless Jim Henson!
10:00AM - 11:00AM - Put daughter in her crib for nap, take a shower w/my son (I can't leave him alone or god knows what he'll get into) Deal w/his inconsolable crying when it's time to get out of the tub. Get dressed, get son dressed.
11:00AM - 12:00PM - Prepare bottles and snacks for the kids to take to the babysitter. Fix my son lunch - usually peanut butter and jelly or occasionally a Boca burger w/fruit salad or green beans. Wake up daughter, change her diaper again, get her dressed...
12:00PM - 1:00PM - Frantically try to tie up loose ends - either have my son sit on the potty or change his diaper whichever he feels is to his advantage, empty dishwasher, fold clothes in the dryer, clean up the kitchen, pick up the toys all over the floor. Feed my daughter another bottle and a half a jar of carrots or pears. Put the dog bed in the kitchen, put up the gate to keep them inside, refill their water bowl, remember the insulated bag w/snacks and bottles, run around frantically trying to find my son's shoes - wrestle him down long enough to place shoes on his squirming feet, put kids in their car seats...
1:00PM - 1:15PM - Drop off kids at babysitters, leave for work
1:15PM - 2:30 PM - Drive to work
2:30PM - 12:30AM - Work
12:30AM - 1:45AM - Drive Home
1:45AM - 2:15AM - Go to sleep
2:15AM - 6:30 AM - Sleep
6:30AM - It all starts again!

Don't get me wrong I love my kids more that anything but I think my schedule would be perfect for scaring away teenagers from having unprotected pre-marital sex. :)
