That really ticked me off. I spent a few days researching the issue and gave serious thought to filing some suits. I found junkfax.org to be a good resource. But, alas, laziness won out and I have not done it yet. I am actually an attorney in Florida (although you don't need to be one to file your own suit). right now I have a collection of about 100 faxes waiting for me to do something with. When I feel ambitious, I might just send out a boilerplate demand letter to all of the offenders offering to settle the case for a payment of $1000 and see if they throw any money my way.
