Fantasy Island? Looks like the tiki from Pee-Wee's Plahouse! Could it have been in both?

p.s. Ok now, my stuff does not have such fantastic "provenace"...but I used to watch Fantasy Island as a kid. Plus, I once rode a horse that belonged to Elvis.
