Tiki Central / Collecting Tiki / Can anyone identify this Blue Wooden Tiki I bought?

Please check this guy out. From my IMac I cannot figure out how to upload photos from Sutterfly. This Tiki is at least, 30 years old, solid wood. It is blue as you see. I swear I saw this when I was a kid, but I don't remember where?
I got it at an Antique store in Scottsdale, and the old guy could not remember where he got it. Please help me find the key to the Tiki's mysterious origins. Please click the links below to reveal many images of this very blue tiki.
