Sometimes the best thing to do is to have them hold it at the routing center, and go pick it up one afternoon. You have to make sure they actually do that though. I've tried it before only to be told that they put it back on the truck.

I've had similar problems with delivery to apartment addresses. Sometimes the best thing to do is to have them hold it at the routing center, and go pick it up one afternoon. You have to make sure they actually do that though. I've tried it before only to be told that they put it back on the truck.
