Not sure if it's Ernesto's since the name on the reciept starts with an R, but it's 1 building east of the corner of Federal Hwy/US1 and 17th Street causeway. It's definately open 24 hours! I ate there yesterday... oddly enough I ran into Chip and Andy as they finished their meal. It's actually really good food! Oh, make sure to try the jalepino, carrot, & onion garnish from the little self serve bar at the counter Dynomite stuff!
