Just had Lauria Alpensahne today for the first time. Truly bizzare and quite delicious. http://www.alpenz.com/lauria_basic.htm It's poire william, cream and pear puree. The pears in the spirit are chunky and it's thick as a milkshake. It looks just like puke. But it's wonderful. |
