obviously from your posts, most of you think the idea is a joke. My only thought was that if only 2000 of the 5700 members of TC sent Hanford $5 for a "card" - it would be a tremendous support for the effort and costs that are associated with TC. The discounts that could be realized by a card bearer would certainly far... offset the membership cost or card cost. The majority of the members that opted for the card - would probably never flash it for a discount. This whole TC thing is free to the majority of the users - only a few choose "Grand Member status". Those that know about bandwidth and site hosting realize the monthly costs associated with creating a site like this - never mind the personal time and commitment of the creators and staff of the site! The card is not a unique idea - its called marketing. In the words of Forrest Gump - "That's all I've got to say about that!"
