For us, the only suggestion I could make, is to take it all in, as the time spent goes way too quickly. We had such a great time last year, meeting everyone, listening to the music, hanging out on the balcony, you name it. Last year was our first time, so we're certainly nowhere near being experts on the subject, but considering how quickly the weekend ended, our only suggestion is to savor the moments.

You certainly had the right idea; the best way to meet people is to hand out free rum balls and rum shots! Wow... I can't believe I can't remember more from that night.... Anyway--thanks!

Yeah... those were some late nights, some folks brought mai tai's over, they were unbelievable. We're looking forward to just as much fun this time. We'll probably just bring one tiki bar this time, but double the rum. We're revising the cookbook slightly, and trying to decide what snacks to prepare... trying to figure on something easy to make in bulk with great flavor.
